James Rodriguez admits he may leave Real Madrid in January

James Rodriguez has revealed he could leave Real Madrid in January, revealing that he has offers from clubs across Europe and wants to be playing more regularly than he is now.

Rodriguez has struggled for playing time over the last year at the Spanish giants with the playmaker featuring in just eight La Liga contests this season, starting on just four occasions.

Furthermore, according to the Mirror are preparing to sign Rodriguez and Antonio Conte is eager for him to replace outgoing midfielder Oscar.

However, the Colombian has refused to confirm if he will remain at Los Blancos in January. Rodriguez insists there are clubs that are keen to sign him in the coming weeks and he is just looking to play more regular football than he currently is.

According to ECadena COPE Rodriguez said: “I can’t assure that on January I will still be at Real Madrid.

“There are offers from clubs for me. I have seven days to think about it. I’m happy here but I want to play more.”

The playmaker seems set to leave Real in January and it will be interesting to see where Rodriguez will end up when the window closes.
