Juventus are planning to rival any attempt made by Arsenal to prise Henrikh Mkhitaryan away from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
Mkhitaryan is stalling on a contract renewal with Dortmund despite numerous meetings with the club’s directors.
And his future with the German side is now doubt after reports last week suggested the Armenian star has been house hunting in London ahead of a proposed switch to the Emirates.
However, according to Tuttosport, Juventus will match any offer Arsenal make for the playmaker and are confident of beating the Gunners to the signing due to their close relationship with Mkhitaryan’s agent Mino Raiola.
The 27-year-old has enjoyed a fine season for Thomas Tuchel’s side, scoring ten goals and providing 16 assists in 28 league appearances.
