Willian praises “powerful” Victor Moses

Chelsea‘s Willian has hailed the efforts of Victor Moses this season after he’s finally become a first-team regular at Stamford Bridge.

Moses has been one of the major beneficiaries of Chelsea’s switch to a 3-4-3 formation under Antonio Conte with the 26-year-old finding a new home at right wing-back.

The winger has started each of the Blues’ last 11 Premier League matches, having been a substitute in the club’s opening five games of the season.

It’s a huge transformation for Moses who over the summer was expected to leave Stamford Bridge again either on loan or on a permanent basis.

And Willian has praised Moses’ performances for the Blues since returning to the team.

Speaking to Sky Sports Willian described his teammate as “a great player, so powerful!”

Willian has also discussed childhood friend David Luiz, who has been excellent since returning to Chelsea in the summer from PSG.

The Brazilian winger claims he had a role in getting the defender back to the club, adding: “I brought him back! He’s just the same, he never changes.”
