When opening the scoring against Alaves on Sunday, Karim Benzema registered his 17th goal of the season and the strike meant he has scored against all 31 LaLiga opponents he had faced.
Against Leganes on Wednesday he can make it 32 and join a select group of players that have already managed that feat; Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Aritz Aduriz, Roberto Soldado, Antoine Griezmann, Fernando Torres, Ruben Castro, Luis Suarez and Carlos Vela.
In total, the Frenchman has scored 178 goals for Real Madrid, 120 of which have come in the domestic championship.
He is already the ninth top scorer in the league for Real, leaving behind Amancio, with whom he was tied, and in all
competitions for Los Blancos, Benzema is eighth on the list of goal scorers.
Of the top 10 scorers in the history of the League (Messi, Ronaldo, Telmo Zarra, Hugo Sanchez, Raul, Alfredo Di Stefano, Caesar, Quini, Pahino and Mundo), only Hugo Sanchez has scored against more (33) rivals.
