Paris Saint-Germain kicked off their Ligue 1 campaign at home to Amiens on Saturday afternoon, but they did so without world-record signing Neymar, as his transfer documents were not processed in time.
Their new signing was in attendance, though, and cheered on his new teammates from the Parc des Princes’ box, throwing his hands in the air in delight when Edinson Cavani netted the capital city club’s first goal of the new season, putting the home side 1-0 up.
Wearing a black shirt and black headband, he watched the match alongside his father.
