Spaniard Rafael Nadal says he is fully focused on the remaining events in 2019 following his recent honeymoon. The 33-year-old took time out of his busy schedule to marry longtime partner Xisca Perello in Mallorca last weekend. Rather than take an extended break, the ‘King of Clay’ decided to return to the court after just one day. He has been practicing for the last few days, and Nadal is already excited for the Paris Masters, London ATP finals and Davis Cup finals in Madrid. “After the wedding, I have the Sunday off and then Monday, Tuesday, practice,” he told reporters. “On Wednesday I flew to Kazakhstan [where he played Novak Djokovic in a charity exhibition], and Thursday late night here. “I take my weeks off during the season. In the world of tennis, you have to find your priorities. We take our time off before the wedding, and now is the moment to be back on the tour.”
