Nuno wants more consistency

Nuno Espirito Santo has urged his Wolves stars to play for the full 90 minutes in every game to try and turn draws into wins. The West Midlanders drew 1-1 with Newcastle United at St James’ Park on Sunday and needed a Jonny Castro equaliser on 73 minutes to cancel out Jamaal Lascelles’s first-half header.
The Molineux outfit were off the pace during the first 45 minutes but in charge of affairs after the break when switching from 3-5-2 to 3-4-3.

The men in gold and black are now unbeaten in eight games in all competitions, but the boss is eyeing more consistency to try and move up the table.
He said: “We played good, we combined well, on both sides with clear chances, so I’m happy and the challenge is to do it in both halves. “Let’s try to do it for 90 minutes. It’s a big challenge for us to sustain the performance for 90 minutes but, of course, you have an opponent in front of you.”
Next up in the top flight for Wolves is trip to Emirates Stadium to face Arsenal but before then, an EFL Cup fourth-round encounter with Aston Villa at Villa Park awaits.
It is likely that Nuno will make a number of changes for the midweek match-up but he will field a strong side to try to keep up the momentum.
Punters hoping to use a free bet might fancy Wolves to beat Unai Emery’s strugglers and progress.
