Everton v Watford team news

Everton will be missing the injured Bernard when they take on Watford in the Carabao Cup at Goodison Park on Tuesday night. The Brazilian grabbed the only goal of the game when the two sides met at Goodison in the Premier League earlier in the season, but injury will keep him out on this occasion.
Under-pressure boss Marco Silva will be forced into one change after Bernard picked up a knee ligament injury in the 3-2 defeat at Brighton, but it remains to be seen if there will be more.
The Portuguese could decide to tinker with his starting eleven against his former club, but has made it clear they are taking the tournament very seriously and want to win it.
Options in defence are limited and Silva is waiting to see if Yerry Mina can shake off a knee injury before naming his side.
Elsewhere, Gylfi Sigurdsson is pushing for a return and could replace Bernard, allowing Dominic Calvert-Lewin to start up front, with Richarlison moving out wide.
Seamus Coleman, who sat out the defeat against Brighton, is also pushing for a recall.
Watford, like Everton, are struggling in the Premier League and are in desperate need of a win to try and turn around their fortunes.
Hornets boss Quique Sanchez Flores says they are still unsure of the extent to Tom Cleverley’s injury after the midfielder was forced off during his side’s goalless draw at home to Bournemouth on Saturday.
The former Manchester United man still needs to be assessed and a late call will be made.
Elsewhere, Jose Holebas is available again after serving a one-match suspension and Etienne Capoue is back in training and could make a return.
Femenia is a doubt after he missed the goalless draw with Bournemouth because of illness, while striker Danny Welbeck is a long-term absentee.
