Barcelona are refusing to consider releasing Arthur Melo to Juventus.
The midfielder has already signed for Juve in a deal worth €10m plus Miralem Pjanic, but that is only active from the 2020-21 season.
Arthur is demanding he be released immediately by Barca.
But Sport says Barcelona won’t let him leave without some compensation from the player for going AWOL earlier this month.
They want to impose a heavy fine on the Brazilian, even if that means dragging out his absence from Turin.
