Former African Footballer of the Year Emmanuel Amuneke watched the team training session on Friday night ahead of their Group D clash against Sudan, reports Completesports.com.
The players had their final training ahead of the game at the VSTS-ANNEX, Roumde Adjia Stadium Garoua with all the players in attendance expect defender Chidozie Awazie, who is nursing an ankle injury.
Amuneke, who is a member of CAF technical study group was in buoyant mood as he engaged in brief talks with the technical crew led by coach Austine Eguavoen.

It would be recalled that the former Barcelona winger also visited the team at their hotel before the game against Egypt.
The Super Eagles opened their campaign at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations finals with a 1-0 win win against the Pharaohs of Egypt.
A win against the Falcons of Jediane on Saturday will see the Super Eagles book a place in the second round.
