Tottenham Hotspur have unveiled their new Nike home kit for the 2022/23 season, which features neon yellow trim.
Tottenham signed a lucrative 15-year kit deal with Nike in 2018, and the US sportswear giant’s numerous shirts for the north London side have already elicited a wide spectrum of reactions from fans. The players’ pre-season matches in South Korea, Glasgow, and Israel this summer have given fans their first official look at what the players will be wearing next season.
In recent months, designs and ‘leaked’ pictures of what Son Heung-min and his teammates would wear in the 2022/23 season, when they compete in both the Champions League and the Premier League under Antonio Conte, have been circulating the internet, but the home kit has now been officially released, with a yellow band fitted around the round collar and sleeves.

Son Heung-min, Harry Kane, Eric Dier, Cristian Romero, Dejan Kulusevski, Shelina Zadorsky of Tottenham Hotspur Women’s team, and former Tottenham Hotspur captain Ledley King all appear in the club’s unveiling video. The initial reactions from fans on social media look to be good.
A club statement announcing the new shirt read: “The Home Kit launch – Dare To Do True – is the first instalment in our Dare To Do series, a five-part campaign which provides a contemporary twist on our iconic motto. It celebrates a classic shirt design that brings a sense of authenticity and togetherness amongst our fans. The lilywhite shirt, made from 100% recycled polyester, is accentuated by neon volt detail that is visible throughout and complemented by navy blue shorts and white socks.
“The new Home Kit is launched with a video from innovative London film maker Salim Adam and showcases the shirt as a symbol of unity and pride, with a series of raw player and fan portraits paying homage to the modern tapestry of Tottenham and its fans. The piece features male and female squad members, Academy players, Club legends and an authentic fan voiceover, with a number of ‘blink-and-you’ll-miss-them’ discoverable moments for true fans.
“Accompanying visuals for the launch are representative of the attitudes that are core to the Club and its rich history of community and inclusion, executed through a contemporary art direction inspired by David Hockney’s patchwork photography technique.
“The new Home Kit will be worn for the first time by our Men’s First Team when we take on Team K-League in Seoul on July 13 – the opening match of our pre-season tour of South Korea. Details on our Away Kit, Third Kit and Training Range launches will be communicated in due course.”
