Paris Saint-Germain issued a warning to their opponents this season with a crushing victory over Nantes in the Trophee des Champions on Sunday. At Tel Aviv’s Bloomfield Stadium, Christophe Galtier’s new team crushed the conventional curtain-raiser, winning 4-0 in a lopsided match.
Lionel Messi and Neymar put in outstanding displays, delivering three of the goals between them, and Sergio Ramos also stepped up to score from the back for the reigning Ligue 1 winners.

Without Kylian Mbappe, Paris Saint-Germain played magnificently against Nantes 4-0 on Sunday in the Trophee des Champions.
However, goals from Lionel Messi, Sergio Ramos, and a brace from Neymar were enough to make coach Christophe Galtier’s competitive debut for the team successful despite the Frenchman’s suspension for receiving too many yellow cards.
Neymar is just having fun out there at this point… 😅

The trio, who were chastised last season for their unimpressive performances, looked revitalized under the new bench coach. Even Gianluigi Donnarumma accepted the challenge when it came to Nantes.
After 22 minutes, Messi and Neymar executed a flawless connection to score the opening goal, and the Brazilian increased the lead in first-half injury time by converting a free kick that gave Alban Lafont no chance.
PSG were relieved to see this after failing to score a single goal from a direct free kick last season.
Ramos’ third goal in the 57th minute effectively ended the game. The defender created a back-heel with his back to the goal, leaving Nantes scratching their heads.
