A little over two weeks ago Barcelona appeared to be running away with the La Liga title, but after three consecutive domestic defeats it’s all to play for in Spain.
Luis Enrique’s side are still top on goal difference but Atletico Madrid are now level on points with Real Madrid just a point behind.
The Blaugrana also suffered European disappointment last week, as they crashed out of the Champions League to Atletico.
However, two days prior to the loss to Atleti, Barcelona’s social media team tempted fate with this tweet:

“Barça appear to have the easiest remaining schedule among the top 3 teams in La Liga,” it said, listing the remaining six fixtures of each of the three title challengers.
First up for Barca: Valencia. That didn’t go too well.
After Real Madrid hit five past Getafe and Atletico humbled Granada at the Vicente Calderon, Enrique’s men took to the field on Sunday evening.
They were 2-0 down to Valencia by half-time and, despite Lionel Messi scoring his 500th career goal, they couldn’t rescue anything from the game and lost 2-1.
It is the first time Barcelona have lost three consecutive La Liga games since 2003 and must get a result at Deportivo on Wednesday night or risk seeing a season that promised so much, slip away.
