Chelsea owner Todd Boehly is reportedly ‘obsessed’ with signing England superstar Jude Bellingham with Liverpool and Manchester City also interested.
The 19-year-old’s impressive performances for the Three Lions in Qatar have boosted his reputation as one of the most intriguing teenage prospects in football.
Bellingham was once again in the spotlight last night and shone at the heart of England’s powerhouse as Gareth Southgate’s team raced to a 3-0 win over Wales, securing their passage to the round of 16 as Group B winners.
Borussia Dortmund are unwilling to sell their finest asset in January, but they have a history of parting ways with their top players for large amounts of money, with Man City goal machine and Bellingham’s former teammate Erling Haaland being the most recent example.
The Bundesliga club value the former Birmingham City prodigy at £150m, and according to The Sun, Bohely would pay any price to beat Manchester United, Liverpool, and Real Madrid to his signature.
Chelsea replaced Thomas Tuchel with Graham Potter earlier this season, and the former Brighton manager is set to oversee a major squad rebuild.

Potter is already making plans for the next summer transfer window, with a striker being his top priority.
Although there are other areas of concern, most notably at centre forward, Potter and Boehly are also exploring a goal upgrade.
Boehly has identified Bellingham as a player Potter can create a new-look squad around.
However, Bellingham’s immediate priority will be on Saturday’s encounter against Senegal, where England will try to put up another high-octane performance after faltering against the USA last Friday.
