Julian Nagelsmann Weighing Chelsea’s Option In Return To Management

Julian Nagelsmann has quickly emerged as the frontrunner to succeed Graham Potter at Chelsea, with the German considering a return to management following his dismissal by Bayern Munich.

Julian Nagelsmann is considering changing his mind and returning to management at Chelsea to replace Graham Potter.

Potter was fired by Chelsea on Sunday night after winning just 12 of his 31 games in charge. Nagelsmann quickly emerged as the frontrunner to replace him on a permanent basis, despite the fact that the German is currently without a club.

During the most recent international break, he fired himself, And Bayern Munich replaced him with Thomas Tuchel. That decision was made in response to concerns about Bayern’s performance in the Bundesliga, and Nagelsmann is now considering his next move.

Nagelsmann was expected to take a break from management until the summer, According to Sky Germany. However with the Chelsea job now vacant those plans may be altered.

From their time together at RB Leipzig, he maintains a close relationship with Blues technical director Christopher Vivell. Vivell’s presence, combined with Chelsea’s star-studded roster, makes Stamford Bridge an appealing proposition.
