Former Premier League star, Gabby Agbonlahor has warned Arsenal that Manchester City now look capable of winning the remainder of their games which could prove pivotal in the title run-in.
The north London team is six points clear at the top. Though, City still has a game in hand over their title rivals, who they are scheduled to meet at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, April 26.
After destroying Bayern Munich 3-0 on Tuesday night, Pep Guardiola’s team has now won nine games on the bounce. And they appear to be at the peak of their game.
Agbonlahor believes that City now has the ability to complete the treble by winning each of their remaining games.
“They looked like a team last night Laura that were possessed, City,” the ex-Aston Villa striker told Laura Woods on talkSPORT as reported by Daily Express.
“They could have played anyone last night and said ‘we are beating you, the way we keep the ball, big pitch, fans are on side.’
“This is their time Manchester City and if I was a betting man I’d say they’d win every game between now and the end of the season.”
It is bad news for Arsenal, a fellow challenger, who stumbled on Sunday and gave up a 2-0 lead to draw 2-2 with Liverpool.

Aaron Ramsdale’s heroics late in the game gave the Gunners a draw. And they can consider themselves fortunate. However, Arsenal will now feel the pressure of City breathing down their neck.
Guardiola has already stated, though, that City’s focus this season will be on the Champions League as they aim to win it for the first time in 12 attempts.
