Barcelona forward, Ferran Torres is reportedly under the radar of Arsenal and Aston Villa ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to talkSPORT as claimed by Barca Universal, the two Premier League clubs are interested in securing the services of the Spanish international. As Barca look to sell a number of players in order to balance their books, Torres has emerged as a potential player likely to leave the Catalan club.
In the January transfer window of the previous year, Torres joined Barcelona for a base price of €55 million. With an additional €10 million in add-ons. He has however, fallen short of the expectations that came with the significant investment.
