FPL Gameweek 36 Recap: Team Wilson Or Team Isak?, iSoccer Winners

Callum Wilson (£7.2m) played again through the middle as Eddie Howe chose the same starting lineup as the 2-2 draw at Leeds United on Saturday.

He had a difficult first half, but he got better as the game went on and was rewarded with a late goal and assist, bringing his Double Gameweek 36 total to a massive 24 points, 17 more than teammate Alexander Isak (£7.0m).

That was a disappointing turn of events for FPL managers who chose to acquire Isak ahead of the Englishman.

Meanwhile, another three chances were created by Kieran Trippier (£6.1m) against Brighton, the fourth successive match he has hit that figure.

However, he finally returned some FPL points. Sadly, the England right-back did pick up a knock and has subsequently been flagged by FPL.

We face another Double Gameweek, which will of course, be the last for the season.

The FPL DGW37 deadline is on Saturday, 20th May at 11:00am WAT.

Double Gameweek 36 was a tale of two twists. Did you captain Wilson or Isak? Or maybe, three twists for those with other captaincy options. LOL.

It isn’t, therefore, surprising to see Wilson captainers at the top of our GW36 rankings. The GW36 winners are:

1.    Raphael Agbaje (Flexans)

2.   Abdul Mutallab (Mutallab FC)

3.   Babatunde Akindana (BOAZBOHAS FC)

4.   @Lexis Entapo (KamiKaze)

5.   Babatunde Sunday (4peace)

Please note: There will be no consecutive winners (winning in consecutive weeks/months) anymore, as this would defeat the “goal” of reaching out to more players. The next eligible player on the rankings will get the win instead.

Also Note: Each player is entitled to only ONE team. Therefore, payments will be denied from players with more than one team.
