Former Premier League star, Chris Sutton has sent a league title warning to Arsenal making a clear Liverpool point.
An intriguing three-way title race appears to be underway as the November international break approaches. With North London rivals Tottenham facing an injury crisis that has resulted in back-to-back losses.
The Gunners defeated Burnley 3-1 at Emirates Stadium to brilliantly recover from their loss at Newcastle. Leandro Trossard gave Arsenal the lead, but Josh Brownhill tied the score in the second half. Then goals from Oleksandr Zinchenko and William Saliba sealed the win for them.
Before Manchester City and Liverpool both gained points on Sunday, Arsenal moved up to a share of the top spot just for a day thanks to the three points. After City and Chelsea fought out a wild eight-goal thriller at Stamford Bridge, where a point was just enough to keep the defending champions atop the table, Jurgen Klopp’s team defeated Brentford 3-0 at Anfield.
Speaking on BBC’s The Monday Night Club as reported by Football London, he acknowledged: “The issue with Arsenal is that and I think Alan Shearer said about Eddie Nketiah not being an elite striker.
“And I think everybody feels there is maybe the thought there is a bit of a void in that centre-forward position for Arsenal, whereas Liverpool have that covered.

“Arteta can play Jesus, Nketiah, he can play Trossard if he wants as a false nine, but they don’t have the options that Liverpool have.”
Following the international break, Arsenal will return back to league action in a trip to Brentford before hosting French side, Lens in their penultimate UEFA Champions League match.
