According to a new story, Manchester United have stated their position on Mason Greenwood comeback.
Greenwood was suspended by United last season as the club conducted an internal investigation into his behavior.
Charges of attempted rape, controlling and coercive behavior, and assault causing actual bodily harm had been dismissed against the player at the time, following the withdrawal of a key witness.
The charges have always been vigorously refuted by the one-cap England international.

Following the conclusion of their inquiry, United stated that Greenwood would not play for the club again, and on transfer deadline day, he was loaned to Spanish club Getafe for a season, with his parent club covering his wages.
While Greenwood has yet to regain his former form, him heralded as a future star at United, he has made a valued contribution at Getafe.
The 22-year-old, who had not played a competitive game in some 18 months upon the start of his loan, has netted five goals and provided four assists in 15 appearances for the club.
But despite his improving form, TalkSPORT claimed United still have no plans for Greenwood to return to the fold at Old Trafford.
The publication added that United do not envisage a scenario where Greenwood can return and that the most likely outcome upon the conclusion of his loan spell would be a sale next summer.
It appears Greenwood is attracting interest from some of the world’s most famous clubs.
Earlier this month TalkSPORT claimed that Barcelona had sent scouts to watch Greenwood in action this season.
Meanwhile, Atletico Madrid have allegedly been keeping an eye on the forward’s progress.
