Donyell Malen’s Past and Present Journey
Malen spent a few years in the Arsenal youth system prior to signing a contract with PSV Eindhoven in the summer of 2017. He was promoted to their first team within a year, and Borussia Dortmund hired him from the Dutch club following a successful three-year stint.
He has played in 96 games since joining the Bundesliga’s biggest clubs, contributing to 41 goals. Many people in Europe have taken notice of his outstanding performances. and among the teams that have been keeping an eye on him for some time is Manchester United.
Is It Manchester United Calling?
During the current transfer window, the Red Devils hope to bolster their offensive line. Erik ten Hag is looking for someone who can help Rasmus Hojlund rise to the top. Timo Werner piqued their interest, but they never really moved to sign him.
Since Malen, a former forward for Chelsea, has joined Tottenham Hotspur, the Red Devils may try to acquire his services. They are interested in having him join their ranks and have spoken with his representative about a possible transfer. They do, however, also have other objectives.

The forward for Borussia Dortmund might be a fantastic addition to Manchester United. The Dutch international will only get better with time because he is still only 24 years old and has a lot of football left in him. When necessary, the Dortmund winger can start as a striker and play on both wings. Not only can he assist Hojlund, but he can also start on the right flank, where Antony has been having trouble since the beginning of the campaign.
Manchester United has been unable to resolve their upper management issues, even after making multiple high-profile additions to strengthen their attack. Malen might therefore be a sign that helps them get along. Furthermore, it will be interesting to watch if they act soon.
