Since coming in Spain, Mason Greenwood, a forward for Getafe, has been the target of cruel taunts from Manchester United on multiple occasions. However, so far, the forward has not received much negative feedback. His past was hurled back at him from the supporters during Getafe’s 3-2 loss to Osasuna.
During the first meeting between the two teams at the Coliseum Alfonso Perez, Osasuna’s away supporters chanted “Greenwood, die,” for which the club was punished. Greenwood’s Spanish may have improved enough by Sunday’s return match at El Sadar to hear the fans chanting “Greenwood, die.”

Prior to the game, Indar Gorri, an ultra organization, criticized La Liga and President Javier Tebas for letting him play in Spain in a rallying cry to their supporters, as reported by Cadena Cope.
“La Liga allows an arrestee accused of rape, grevious bodily harm and controlling and coercive behaviour to play in their competition. Once again, economic interests come aheaad of the fight for a society without oppression. A RAPIST WILL PLAY IN OUR STADIUM ON SUNDAY”.
It should be noted that while Greenwood was accused of attempted rape and the other charges mentioned, the charges were dropped for a lack of evidence.
