Arsenal won’t spend more than £43 million to acquire Everton midfielder Amadou Onana during the upcoming transfer window, according to the Dutch publication Voetbal Krant.
The Belgian has grown to be one of the Premier League’s most in-demand defensive midfielders, and this summer, he might be able to secure a more significant challenge outside of the Toffees.
