Arsenal Boss Certain About Saka’s ‘Top-Level’ Performance After Injury

Bukayo Saka is expected to “fly” for Arsenal during their Premier League final stretch but the England winger may not play against Brighton on Saturday, according to Mikel Arteta.

Prior to the team’s trip to the Amex Stadium this weekend, Liverpool moved back into second place after his team’s 2-0 victory over Luton on Wednesday briefly put them back atop the standings. The 22-year-old was not present for that match.

Saka only missed his second league game of the season due to a muscle injury he sustained during the goalless draw at Manchester City. Reiss Nelson filled in for Saka and Arteta’s team won nine out of the previous ten games to take the lead.

Saka has 16 goals across all competitions as Arsenal looks to beat Manchester City and Liverpool this season in order to avenge last season’s disappointment of not winning the Premier League as reported by Breaking News.

“I’m very optimistic,” Arteta stated regarding Saka’s chances of having a significant influence. He’s going to be so decisive and fly, in my opinion.

How strong he is, and how much he wants it. How happy he is about what’s about to happen. He’s becoming better and better, and he wants to be there.

“You have kicks, which is normal to have little niggles. He has experienced a great deal in the past two or three years, and his performance speaks for itself.
