The Premier League powerhouses already know who his first January acquisition would be if Man United can sign Ruben Amorim to replace Erik ten Hag, even if it hasn’t been confirmed yet.

It makes perfect sense why the Red Devils would choose Amorim.
Although INEOS will also have to pay ten Hag for the remaining portion of his contract, Amorim is available for a very low price and has a perfect victory record this season.
When ten Hag joined Manchester United, he had a respectable record at Ajax, much like Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho, and others had at their respective teams.
The “Theatre of Dreams” at Old Trafford has been anything but for a slew of managers, and maybe supporters should keep that in mind if they get upset that ten Hag has now been fired.
With the ink still not on the page yet, it seems like Amorim is already putting in extra effort in the transfer stakes.
Man United already seems to be after Sporting’s Geovany Quenda, whose manager is Ruben Amorim, a player they were interested in a few months ago, reports Caught Offside.
Quenda is only 17 years old and hasn’t really developed yet but according to Transfermarkt, he has only scored one goal in nine appearances this season.
