Real Madrid youngsters, Arda Guler and Endrick are reportedly willing to seek loan moves away from the Santiago Bernabeu due to their lack of playing time.
According to SPORT as reported by Madrid Universal, both players may think about leaving the club on loan if Carlo Ancelotti continues to stay in charge. They are aware that their limited participation in games is impeding their development, but they also understand the coach’s techniques.
Guler and Endrick both want to have a major role and advance in their careers. But they have little chance of doing so without consistent playing time.
Ancelotti is renowned for his stringent team selection methods, frequently keeping to a set lineup and placing a significant amount of reliance on the team’s senior leaders.
Due to this method, there isn’t much space for young players to enter the starting lineup, and nobody has really earned a spot via reliable performances.
Promising young players like Guler and Endrick have not had many opportunities since the Italian coach appears to be focused on upholding discipline and honoring the team’s established players.

Other clubs are showing interest in both Guler and Endrick. Several clubs are reportedly interested in signing Guler, including Turkish giants Fenerbahce and Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur.
