Man United, Liverpool Ponder Move For Premier League Ace

Manchester United and Liverpool are reportedly eyeing a move for Fulham defender, Antonee Robinson ahead of next summer transfer window.

As the USMNT defender’s reputation continues to grow as a result of his performances with Fulham, Robinson has been playing at his best over the past two seasons.

The 27-year-old defender, who was born in Milton Keynes, finally chose to stay at Craven Cottage despite strong summer interest from the Red Devils and Liverpool.

According to Football Insider as reported by Goal, due to their senior left-backs Luke Shaw and Andy Robertson’s ongoing struggles with form and fitness, respectively, United and the Reds have once again expressed interest in Robinson due to his solid performances throughout the season.

Fulham have no interest in selling the USMNT player in January, but the two Premier League powerhouses are apparently thinking about resolving to sign him.

According to GiveMeSport, Manchester City have entered the battle to sign Robinson in January. Given the defending Premier League winners’ poor performance this season.

Josko Gvardiol has been playing admirably for Pep Guardiola at left back. But the Spaniard is thinking of moving the Croatian defender to centre-back because of their defensive problems.

Josh Wilson-Esbrand, 21, is the only natural left-back in the team, therefore City are thinking of adding a natural left-back.

The Fulham star is presently playing for the United States Men’s National Team, who are aiming to advance to the CONCACAF Nations League semifinals.

After defeating Jamaica 1-0 in the first leg of the quarterfinal match, Robinson will next be seen when Mauricio Pochettino’s team play the Reggae Boyz in the second leg on Monday, November 18.
