Bayern Munich have devised a strategy to capture Chelsea’s Josh Acheampong by guaranteeing him immediate first-team minutes if he completes the transfer.
The 18-year-old Chelsea wonderkid has sparked interest from a number of teams, including Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool, and Borussia Dortmund.
Chelsea have no wish to trade Acheampong, but it was claimed last month that the club has warned him he would not play for the first team or development squad until he inks a new contract at Stamford Bridge.
According to latest reports, ‘tentative movement’ has been made on the Chelsea side, with the club’really trying’ to keep the Englishman in West London.
However, they face heavy competition from Bayern, who are’very interested’ in Acheampong and have even offered him instant first-team minutes.

Acheampong joined Chelsea’s youth divisions as an Under-8 and signed his first professional contract with the club in January, which is valid until 2026.
Chelsea are already desperate to extend Acheampong’s contract, fearing that he would have less than a year left on his current deal next summer.
Enzo Maresca, Chelsea’s head coach, is a huge fan of the adolescent and urged the club to address the Acheampong matter last month.
‘To be honest, I feel a little bad for Josh,’ Maresca remarked. ‘I had a personal conversation with him about his circumstances, and it was a very great one, but I haven’t spoken to him since.
