Man United Agree To Sign Another Bayern Munich Defender After De Ligt

Man United has to put in a lot of effort on and off the field. In recent years, they have made decisions that are at best dubious and at worst appalling, and they didn’t help themselves by bitterly firing Dan Ashworth months after battling to sign him.

Although Ashworth’s choice to remain with Erik ten Hag in the summer was undoubtedly a mistake, his signings weren’t all that poor.

First-choice starters Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui have adapted to the club rather well.

Sadly, Leny Yoro has been out since the start of the season due to an injury and he recently made his debut wearing a Manchester United shirt.

The team is still being connected to fresh players.

Manchester United has conducted negotiations to sign Alphonso Davies, a quality defender for Bayern Munich who is also being pursued by Liverpool, reports The Faithful MUFC.

Both Manchester United and Liverpool believe this is “too good of an opportunity” to pass on, especially because Davies is in the last year of his contract.

Real Madrid, on the other hand, is quite interested in signing him and they typically end up signing a player when Los Blancos want one.

In Ruben Amorim’s system, the Canadian is the ideal profile to play as a wing-back.

He can provide the squad a lot of attacking energy from the left side and it would seem that Marcus Rashford or someone else would flourish with Davies covering him.
