Following his stellar performances for Napoli in the Italian top division, the 23-year-old winger has previously been briefly linked to a move to the Premier League.
Kvaratskhelia has made 17 appearances in Serie A this season, contributing three assists and five goals.
His contract with the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona expires in June 2027. He has been a vital member of Antonio Conte’s team and has assisted Napoli in rising to the top of the table.
Gianluca Di Marzio claims that Paris Saint-Germain has contacted Napoli about a possible transfer this month, despite the Georgia international’s slight comeback in the final third.
According to the report, David Neres has forced himself into the starting lineup, meaning that Kvaratskhelia is no longer considered untouchable by the Italian powerhouses.
Conte’s team is reportedly seeking €80 million (£67 million) for the Georgian, who Thierry Henry has likened to Eden Hazard in the past.
Cesare Casadei, meanwhile, has been strongly connected to a transfer to Napoli, reports Football London.
Negotiations have been stopped, but Casadei’s price tag has proven to be a roadblock because the west Londoners are refusing to sell him for less than €15 million (£12.5 million).
Therefore, Chelsea could be able to arrange a player-plus-cash deal for a reduced fee if they were to rekindle their prior interest in Kvaratskhelia.
