In an incredible social media tirade, Alejandro Garnacho’s brother attacked Man United players and stood up for head coach Erik ten Hag in the face of criticism.
Roberto stated that the unexpected 1-1 draw between Twente and the Netherlands on Wednesday night in the Europa League league phase at Old Trafford was not the fault of Dutchman Ten Hag.

He continued by criticizing the team’s recent goalless performances, something Ten Hag has acknowledged has to be addressed.
The previous weekend, United also lost their away game against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, with Garnacho being one of several players who missed excellent opportunities.
Roberto posted on X, saying, “You guys all blame Ten Hag, but I don’t think that’s on Ten Hag, since 11 United players can’t demolish them at home.
“We controlled the entire game, but we were only able to score one goal. An individual error allows them to score, so what was he meant to do?
They weren’t even trying to enter our box, and it isn’t his fault if we can’t score more than one goal against Twente (one of our players also made a mistake for their goal), reports Mirror.
“Same last game btw, dominated but couldn’t score a goal, somehow last week it was the wingers’ fault, this one Ten Hag’s.
“If last game we would have gone 2-0 at half-time and won (attackers’ fault because they couldn’t score their chances) you all would say he is being perfect, same today.”
