The Gunners, readying for a record-breaking summer transfer window, are said to be preparing a significant bid for the Newcastle United striker.

This season, Isak has been in outstanding form for Newcastle and is among the best strikers in the Premier League.
Just two points separate the Magpies from the last Champions League berth in the Premier League standings after the Sweden international striker has scored 22 goals and provided five assists in 32 games across all competitions.
Isak is Arsenal’s top striker target for the summer transfer window, reports Team Talk.
Although Arsenal has been pursuing a number of targets and is in a strong position to acquire Slovenian striker Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig during the summer transfer window, manager Mikel Arteta is particularly interested in Isak.
Arsenal is not given up just yet, despite Newcastle’s sources being adamant that Isak is not for sale and is essential to the Premier League team’s long-term success.
As far as we know, Arsenal is looking at ways to sign Isak, who would cost £150 million.
There have been continuous talks, and it is possible that Arsenal may make a sizable bid to persuade Newcastle to trade the 25-year-old.
