In an unofficial form of discipline, Alejandro Garnacho will buy dinner for the Manchester United team as a result of his outburst during his substitution in Wednesday’s victory against Ipswich.

The 20-year-old should realize that appearances count at a team the size of United, according to manager Ruben Amorim, and that it was a poor impression if he did not rejoin the dugout or the rest of the team for the second half.
However, he disclosed that the winger arrived promptly to provide an explanation for his actions on Thursday morning, and his own investigation found that Garnacho had remained at Old Trafford.
In a rearrangement brought on by Patrick Dorgu’s red card, the Argentina winger was substituted out in the first half, despite Amorim’s assertion that he was performing well.
