Carlo Ancelotti has reportedly revealed the reason the he loves working at Real Madrid, saying the club is like a family.
With their spectacular victories in both La Liga and the UEFA Champions League last season, Madrid were by far the finest team in the world.
Under Carlo Ancelotti’s guidance, Los Blancos played high-impact football without necessarily controlling games and appeared to be unstoppable.

According to Madrid Universal, while speaking to the media at the opening of Real Madrid University school, the 65-year-old covered a wide range of topics mostly related to his stint at the team thus far.
“Real Madrid has won and continues to win a lot in its history because it does not like to lose or draw.”
“There are clubs that accept defeat in a different way than Real Madrid. This increases the demands and responsibility of the people who work in this club,” he added.
Ancelotti then discussed the other clubs he has previously worked for and what made the Merengues unique.
“I have worked in many top-level clubs and Real Madrid is the biggest in the world in terms of history, organisation and demands. You realise that the most important thing here is to be successful on a sporting level.”
“The president’s work is incredible, and the club wins with the work he has been able to do,” he added on Florentino Perez.
“Real Madrid is a family, we spend a lot of time here and the atmosphere helps you bring out the best in yourself. On a personal level, I prefer to work within a family. Every day you come here you notice that.”
