Anthony Joshua camp have stated that they accepted the terms proposed by Tyson Fury’s team ahead of a potential fight on December 3.

The promoter of Fury, Frank Warren, later said, “Contract will be with you very soon.”

Fury recently challenged Joshua to a long-awaited all-British showdown. Furthermore, he offered the two-time world champion a 60-40 purse after it emerged a prospective undisputed clash against Oleksandr Usyk would likely have to wait until 2023.

The 34-year-old initially highlighted November 26 at Wembley or December 3 at Cardiff as potential dates for the fight.

Meanwhile, Anthony Joshua, who lost to Usyk by split decision in their rematch last month, debuted this week at No. 6 in the WBC rankings.

An arbitration judge thwarted the pair’s preparations to battle in August 2021.

The judge ruled that Deontay Wilder was contractually entitled to a third fight against Fury. The American heavyweight would go on to lose by 11th-round knockout.

Following his loss to Usyk, Joshua has shown interest in a future fight with Dillian Whyte. Meanwhile, Mahmoud Charr, a 37-year-old former WBA regular champion, recently challenged Fury.
