Mohamed Salah can maintain a world-class level like Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo, according to Arne Slot and his performance on the field is more important than his posts on social media.

Salah moved into outright eighth on the all-time Premier League goalscorers’ list with a stunning, trademark finish against Brighton on Saturday.
Salah’s goal was his ninth of the season overall and his 164th in the Premier League.
The striker wrote on X on Sunday: “I will always remember the feeling of scoring at Anfield, no matter what.”
Slot says he hasn’t discussed the social media post that is up for debate with the 32-year-old but he thinks the Egypt international can keep performing at the top level once his current contract expires, reports Irish Times.
On Tuesday, the Premier League leaders will play Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League.
Slot acknowledges that contract-related rumors that also apply to Virgil van Dijk and Trent Alexander-Arnold will persist until their futures with the team are settled but he says his sole discussions with Salah this week have been on the Champions League game rather than his social media activities.
