Arsenal Big Bid For Premier League Star Tipped To Be Accepted

Arsenal are reportedly interested in Wolverhampton Wanderers winger, Pedro Neto and have been tipped to seal his signature in the summer transfer window.

Given that Neto is playing at his best this season, the Gunners have long been interested in him. The 23-year-old attacker has contributed 13 goals in 18 games this season across all competitions. With eight league assists this season, he is tied for third place with Pascal Gross and only behind Kieran Trippier and Ollie Watkins (both 10).

Arsenal’s forward line already boasts a wealth of effective options, and Bukayo Saka is sure to start in Neto’s typical right wing position.

Regrettably, Saka has no real competition at the highest level, with Reiss Nelson a long way off.

With Neto in the mix, manager Mikel Arteta could take a break and switch things up without worrying about his performance suffering such a severe decline.

Excellent depth is essential if Arsenal are to consistently compete for the top trophies in the game both domestically and in Europe.

Now, Football Insider, as reported by TeamTalk, claims that Arsenal are expected to bid for Neto when the summer transfer window opens.

Furthermore, it’s stated that Wolves may want to cash in as they are expected to comply with the Premier League’s Profit and Sustainability Rules.

It has been reported that Wolves won’t likely sign any players before the beginning of July and that selling an established player, like Neto, would allow the team to bolster a number of positions.

According to several reports, Wolves valued Neto at approximately £60 million.
