Quilindschy Hartman, a left back for Feyenoord, has apparently drawn interest from Arsenal. He has previously disclosed Chelsea’s attempts to buy him.
Although a move to a major Premier League team is unlikely given the 22-year-old’s recuperation from an injury that would prevent him from playing in Euro 2024 and part of the upcoming Eredivisie season, the gifted player appears to have a bright future in the game.
Hartman appears to favor Arsenal. Chelsea could still be a team to keep an eye on in the competition for his services and that he is said to be a player who is prepared to transition to English football.
Given that Oleksandr Zinchenko, Jakub Kiwior and Takehiro Tomiyasu shared the left-back position during the previous season, there are questions about Mikel Arteta’s first choice, therefore the Netherlands international might be a valuable addition to this Arsenal team.

Hartman may also be useful to Chelsea, who have Ben Chilwell and Marc Cucurella as left backs, but neither player seems like a very good long-term solution in that position.
While Chilwell has a poor injury history, Cucurella has shown to be somewhat of a letdown since making the switch to Stamford Bridge.
With the excellent work Mikel Arteta has done at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal is undoubtedly a more exciting project than Chelsea right now.
However, Hartman may also consider CFC, a team dedicated to giving young players a chance, and determine that could be the best next step for his career.
Caught Offside notes that Arsenal is also eyeing another Dutch young player in the form of Ajax’s Jorrel Hato for that position, though he recently signed a new contract, so neither of these players seem like easy targets.
