According to Caught Offside, Arsenal is the frontrunner to capture Jesus Rodriguez, a Liverpool target and Real Betis standout.
The 19-year-old joined the Spanish side’s development system in 2021 and made his first-team debut earlier this season. He is now a regular in Manuel Pellegrini’s starting lineup.
He has helped his team finish in the European spot in La Liga this season and has led them to the Conference League’s latter stages.
According to Caught Offside, Arsenal sent scouts to monitor Rodriguez in recent La Liga games and were impressed with his performances.
The Gunners believe the forward would be a terrific addition in the future, therefore they may make a formal offer to bring him to the Emirates Stadium this summer.

Real Betis do not want him to leave just yet, but their stance could alter if they receive a large offer. The forward has four years left on his current deal, so Los Verdiblancos are in a solid position to demand a large fee to let him go.

Liverpool and Chelsea are also interested in him, although the North London team is now ahead of the competition in this race.
Rodriguez is a technically gifted left-side forward. He is an extremely skilled player who, if purchased by Arsenal or Liverpool, may be a wise investment.
Liverpool, on the other hand, already has Cody Gakpo and Luis Diaz as options for the left side, so they do not need to sign a new wide forward to provide depth to this position.
Arsenal, on the other hand, are rumored to be looking for a new left winger after Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard had uneven seasons.
