Regarding his future, Jorginho is in the dark because Arsenal would have to choose whether to let him stay. Despite having made 25 appearances thus far, he hasn’t played much in the past two months.
Cult of Calcio states Joao Santos, his agent, spoke with TVPlay about the subject.
“We’ll evaluate the proposal we’ll receive and decide what’s best for him. Obviously, our priority is renewing with Arsenal because he’s very comfortable with everybody there. However, since his contract is expiring, we hope a team that wants to do good by him comes forward.”
“As far as a possible return to Serie A is concerned, the transfer market is slow and stuck there now. It was more aggressive in the past. I don’t know if it’s a matter of money or strategy. No Italian team has shown serious interest in Jorginho at this stage.”
“If we are to play a game, I’d see him at Lazio thanks to the presence of Maurizio Sarri, who knows his traits very well, but also at Juventus since they have a great sporting director like Cristiano Giuntoli. They have many nice years together in Naples. I wouldn’t rule out the Azzurri since Francesco Calzona worked with Sarri in the past. We never had any contact with Roma. Instead, anybody would like to play at Milan and Inter due to their strength and tradition.”

Juventus in particular could use a pure regista, but at this stage of his career, his wages might be too high.
