Arsenal has nine Premier League games remaining, as well as at least two Champions League matches against Real Madrid, and Mikel Arteta is eager to generate momentum heading into the final stretch.
“It is conceivable to win tomorrow. And the goal is to outperform Fulham and defeat them tomorrow,” the Arsenal manager said on Monday. “And if we do that, we’re going to start to generate a good momentum and it’s going to help for both competitions.”
Fulham, on the other hand, will pose a difficult test on Tuesday night at Emirates Stadium, with Marco Silva’s side vying for a European spot in the league this season. In reality, the Cottagers are only four points behind Chelsea in fourth.

“The opposition is always quite tough. “A very well-coached team,” Arteta told reporters prior to the match. “They have been together for many years. They have excellent organization, a high level of individual talent, and a definite identity for how they want to play games, particularly against us. So we’ll have to be very good tomorrow to beat them.”
Arsenal will benefit from the return of Bukayo Saka, who has been sidelined with a major hamstring injury since December. Arteta said that the Hale Ender is “ready to go” and may even start the match.
“Well, the careful thing has already been done. “So now it’s about putting him in the grass at the right times,” Arteta explained. “But he is pressing because he truly wants it. We met the deadline, completed everything, and now we have to keep him back. So he’s prepared to depart.
