Aston Villa have reportedly begun working on two enthusiastic deals to sign Juventus defender Dean Huijsen and Borussia Dortmund attacker Karim Adeyemi.
Huijsen’s services have been discussed by Liverpool. However, according to Birmingham World, the Villans are keen to spoil the party and have already gotten in touch to attempt to sign the 19-year-old.
While Adeyemi has been rumoured to both Chelsea and Juventus, the report further stated that Villa are exploring a move when it was claimed that the player is available for £35 million.
On Wednesday, Fabrizio Romano said that while Villa are quietly working on signing Huijsen, AFC Bournemouth and VfB Stuttgart are also pressing for his signature.
A €29.7 million (£25 million) transfer has been the subject of negotiations; where he will end up is still unknown.
The Daily Mail has also revealed that Unai Emery’s side are keeping an eye on Adeyemi’s progress at Dortmund and are considering signing him. Villa now have additional funds to work with after Moussa Diaby was sold for €60 million (£50.5 million) to Al-Ittihad.
Adeyemi, a quick and skillful forward, has only managed 14 goals in 66 games for Dortmund in the last two years. But he was a standout player in the team’s most recent UEFA Champions League final loss to Real Madrid. He’s only 22 years old, but already has the makings of an amazing player.

Huijsen had a breakthrough during his six months of loan from Juventus to AS Roma in the second half of the last campaign.
The Amsterdam-born central defender, who has represented Spain under-21 twice, has made 14 appearances and netted two goals in Serie A.
