Atletico Madrid Now Believe Signing Cristiano Ronaldo Is Not Economically Viable

Once again, Atletico Madrid has made it clear that it would not be financially feasible to purchase Cristiano Ronaldo from Manchester United at this time.

Athletico is unable to meet Manchester United’s requested asking price for the player nor can they afford to give the Cristiano Ronaldo his desired salary.

Coach Diego Simeone would prefer if the team concentrated on signing Nahuel Molina this summer, despite rumors from the Ronaldo camp stating that the player would join Atletico.

Given that Atletico Madrid meets the requirement of Ronaldo’s search for a team that will compete in this season’s Champions League, the soap opera may continue for a few more days.

While the situation appears to be financially unattainable at the present, Cristiano Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes has significant ties with Atletico and Gil Marin himself, suggesting that the saga might continue. The team is looking to transfer one of their attackers rather than bringing Ronaldo in, Atletico are well-covered from an attacking viewpoint from a technical standpoint.

Cristiano Ronaldo receives a stern “rejection” from Spartak Moscow

It’s been difficult to go a week in the last decade without hearing or seeing a conversation about Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, despite the fact that both are nearing the end of their individual careers.

Spartak Moscow’s English-language Twitter account is where the most recent instance of that discussion being sparked has come from.

There have been reports of clubs, especially Bayern Munich, passing up the chance to recruit Cristiano Ronaldo because he is eager to leave Manchester United this summer. Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea, and other teams have all been mentioned in connection with him.

There has been some reaction to the report that clubs have rejected the No. 7, including jokes made at Cristiano Ronaldo’s expense.

Messi’s pursuit by Spartak Moscow

Spartak Moscow’s Twitter admin took advantage of Lionel Messi’s free move a year ago to tweet a popular image.

The club revealed a discussion in which they attempted to speak to the Argentine but were met with a simple “no” in a photo-shopped direct message with Messi.

They flipped the script this time. The same admin shared a screenshot that was similar to the one before, but this time Cristiano Ronaldo, who was looking for a new club, started the dialogue and Spartak Moscow simply rejected him with a “no.”
