Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang admits he could leave Borussia Dortmund at the end of the season but has ruled out Bayern Munich as a potential destination.
The Gabon international has repeatedly been linked with a move away from the Bundesliga with the likes of Arsenal and Real Madrid said to be interested.
Aubemayang has been in scintillating form this campaign, scoring 20 goals in 22 games for Dortmund before netting in both of Gabon’s first two Africa Cup of Nation group games.
Having spent four successful years in Germany, Aubameyang insists he is enjoying his time at Dortmund but conceded he could leave at the end of the season.
The Gabon captain “100 per cent” ruled out a January switch but concedes his future is far from clear.
“No one can predict the future,” he told Fussball Bild. “The only thing for sure is that I’m currently with Dortmund and I love it there.
“But I cannot say that I’ll stay for another two, five or 10 years. It is possible that in June a club comes to an agreement with Dortmund.
“At the moment I really don’t think about it. I focus only on the work with my team-mates with Dortmund and Gabon.”
However, Aubameyang says a move to Dortmund’s rivals is out of the question, adding: “Never would I switch to Bayern.”
Aubameyang is currently captaining Gabon on home soil at the Africa Cup of Nations, scoring in each of their opening two 1-1 draws against Guinea-Bissau and Burkina Faso.
Dortmund director Hans-Joachim Watzke has admitted the club could cash in on Aubameyang in the future, while German outlet Bild recently claimed an offer in excess of €70m would push the board to consider a sale.
