Mario Balotelli claims he does not want to return to Liverpool when his loan spell at AC Milan ends this summer.
Former Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers offloaded Balotelli back to Milan at the start of the season after he managed just four goals for the Reds and the Kop flop says he was unhappy at Anfield.
Balotelli , 25, hopes Milan will buy him back from Liverpool and the Serie A side may be interested in a cut-price deal for the former Manchester City striker.
“What I want is certainly to stay at Milan,” he told Mediaset Premium.
“I was not happy at Liverpool and I don’t want to go back there.
“I’ve been doing well in my last two games and there are another six for me to prove myself.
“I feel in good shape physically at last and am relaxed.”
He jokingly added: “Besides, Milan have the money!”
