Balde has not played since the first half of Barcelona’s La Liga victory over Leganes on April 12, when he was substituted off due to a hamstring injury.
In the three competitions since, the defender has missed four games, including Sunday’s victory over Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey final.
However, the recuperation process is nearly finished, and Barcelona must now determine how and when Balde will play again.
Club officials are exercising care because it’s a hamstring ailment with a relapse risk.
However, a meeting with Balde is scheduled for Monday to determine the next course of action, and it is anticipated that a fitness evaluation will be a component of that discussion.
It makes sense that Balde would be eager to play Inter on Wednesday, and a lot will rely on how he recovers from this week’s examinations, reports 90 min.
If the 21-year-old is pushed too soon, Hansi Flick might lose him for the remainder of the season. He would prefer not to take a chance.
