Barcelona forward Ferran Torres has reportedly ended his relationship with Luis Enrique’s daughter Sira Martinez.
Martinez is the daughter of former Spain and Barcelona manager Luis Enrique, who won the treble with Barca and coached Torres, 23, for the national team.
Sira ended the relationship in order to focus on her sporting career and due to ‘doubts’ about their future together. The pair first split up some months ago before finally calling it quits.
They started a covert long-distance relationship after getting to know each other while Torres was a forward for Manchester City.
After the 2020 European Championships, the couple reportedly made their relationship public.
Torres, who was acquired by Barcelona from City last summer, is believed to have relocated to Spain to be closer to Martinez.
According to Daily Mail, after taking a break several months ago when things were not going well, they attempted to revive the relationship, but it did not work and it is now over.

The breakup may have a significant impact on Ferran’s future. His ex-girlfriend was claimed to be in love with Barcelona. This was one of the driving forces for the player’s decision to move there in January 2022.
Meanwhile, Newcastle are considering a move for Torres as the cash-strapped Spanish giants seek to sell to obtain funds in order to comply with Financial Fair Play regulations.
However, the attacker is insistent about staying with the club for the time being.
Ferran Torres has seven goals and three assistS in 43 games for Blaugrana this season.
