Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski is on the verge of achieving a major milestone, needing just one more goal to reach a century.
Following his brace against Borussia Dortmund in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarterfinal, it appeared that he would reach the milestone against Leganes in the La Liga match following the UCL tie.
Unfortunately, he was unable to score against a difficult Leganes team, and now a concerning information about the Pole has surfaced that could provide a problem for the club.
a problem for Barcelona?
Mundo Deportivo reports that the Barcelona forward was captured during a pre-match training session, speaking with head coach Hansi Flick, assistant manager Marcus Sorg, and fitness coach Pepe Conde.
While it appears normal at first glance, the forward’s touch of the back of his left thigh during the talk raises concerns that he is experiencing discomfort.
Meanwhile, even before the match against Dortmund, many predicted that Lewandowski would be benched for the second leg.

This information comes as a result of various variables, including his recent streak of three consecutive starts. He was supposed to rest over the weekend before facing Leganes, but Flick decided to start him.
This means that if the manager decides to rest his primary forward against Dortmund, Ferran Torres will likely take his place.
On a scoring spree.
The former Manchester City forward has been in excellent form this season, ranking fourth on Barcelona’s goal scoring chart.
His consistency and energy in attack have made him a strong candidate for a starting role, which could be the case against Dortmund, given Barcelona’s 4-0 lead.
Lewandowski’s recent gesture during the training session does not seem too serious, but if goes without saying that if the Pole has communicated any kind of trouble, the management will not risk him.
