Barcelona will boost the price of season ticket holders’ tickets next season as they relocate to the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys in Montjuic. The club intends to stay until November 2024.
On Tuesday, Institutional Vice-President Elena Fort addressed to the media about the club’s plans regarding season tickets during the relocation. She announced that priority members who attended 85% of games in the previous season will receive 27,000 of the 49,472 available to members. After that, season tickets will be available to all members, with Camp Nou season ticket places suspended for the upcoming season.
Montjuic has roughly half the capacity of Camp Nou, totaling 55,000 people. Approximately 10,000 seats will have decreased visibility ranging from 80% to 100%.
According to Sport, Fort also indicated that costs would be increasing. She contended that the prices would be different because it was a different product.
The cheapest seats (€325) are more than double the price at Camp Nou, and there are just 600 or so available to supporters of the singing section. The next lowest are €506, compared to €144 in 2022-23. The most costly season tickets for 2023-24 will be €1,738, up from €1,191 this season.

Price increases, as is customary, will elicit criticism, particularly during a period of economic austerity for many. Many have noted out, however, that the product at the Lluis Companys will be inferior to that at Camp Nou while being substantially more expensive, blaming the club of lying to its members.
