Vitor Roque has struggled to get game time under Xavi since joining FC Barcelona in January. The 19-year-old came into the game with high expectations but Xavi hasn’t spent a lot of money on him yet.
In fact, since joining the Blaugrana, Roque has only played slightly more than 200 minutes in 11 games across all competitions.
Barca News states that there have been rumors that Roque may be allowed to go on loan in the summer in order to give him the chance to play frequently and further his career.
Vitor Roque will not be going on loan from Barcelona next summer, according to the most recent information from Mundo Deportivo, as the team is not even considering the possibility.

Roque will finish his adaptation phase with the team for the balance of the current season and rejoin with his teammates for the following one.
The Brazilian has demonstrated a great attitude towards learning and the ability to effect change in the short time he has played. This was evident from day one. In addition to his two goals, Roque can open up space, alter the tone of a game with his intensity, and press the defense of the opposition.
Roque’s Remarks
Recently, Roque acknowledged in an interview that he is content to keep learning and getting better and that he is sure his time will come.
“I have no doubt that I will play a significant role for Barça. I’m becoming more confident every game,” he remarked.
Barça is aware that Roque’s current market value is estimated to be €40 million and he is just 19 years old
The club has given him all of its commitment, and a loan is not an option at this time.
